SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: THE CFS PROJECT IS PART OF THE AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING, IMPLEMENTING, MAINTAINING, AND OBTAINING FEDERAL CERTIFICATION OF A FEDERALLY-MANDATED CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM (CSES) THAT WILL PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT TO THE OPERATION OF CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT (CSE) PROGRAM AS WELL AS FOR COMPLETING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FAMILY COURT CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FCCMS) FOR THE 46 CLERKS OF COURT.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to collaborate and coordinate activities with diverse groups, including stakeholders, team leads, vendors, project managers, and technical staff. As the Data Conversion/Business Analyst, this individual will: • Assist with the creation of processes and procedures to establish and maintain employer database table that will be used by the new child support system during data conversion. • Analyze employer data from agency and county sources. Cleanup and standardize employer data to a central location • Map employer data to case records from the county sources • Work with Conversion developers on daily basis to ensure conversion mapping rules meets end user expectations • Write SQL queries to verify converted employer data in target system matches legacy and meets conversion mapping rules • Assist project data conversion team by preparing data cleanup reports • Develop and execute test cases for various testing phases for the child support and family court systems • Coordinate with state subject matter experts to confirm system functionality meets end user expectations • Review all relevant vendor documentation including but not limited to business requirements documentation, test plans, design documentation, and data conversion rules. • Review vendor deliverables applicable to the areas of responsibilities in accordance with project plans and processes • Develop a thorough knowledge of the existing child support and family court processes and data
