– Education: look for education from repute colleges in US or abroad based on verifiable data
– Certifications: look for relevant industry certifications like PMP, Java, Scrum, Microsoft, etc.
– References: look for professional references for recent projects/employment

We use them to source resumes and advertise our open positions.

ePCHelp prepares a skill matrix for each client requirement based on criteria for selection. The skill matrix is posted along with the job and shared with prospective candidates to be filled and submitted along with the resume. The skill matrix tries to capture all required and desired skills from the criteria. Once received, the matrix is evaluated for match and scored. Candidate with most match/score are shortlisted for next level of matching and screening.
