This temporary staff position will be required to assist T2 & T3 consumer platform staff and assist with multiple ongoing projects as well as to assist with customer support for the consolidated agencies.

Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have deep industry experience.

1. Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems
2. Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
3. Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
