SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
– DISCOVERY, PLAN, CREATE AND IMPLEMENT
– WORK WITH THE PROJECT TEAMS (INCLUDING END USERS) TO BE SURE THE OUTCOME IS FUNCTIONAL AND CONTAINS ALL NEEDED TOOLS AND REPORT CAPABILITIES.
– DEVELOP SYSTEM WORK FLOWS, REQUIREMENTS, AND TIMEFRAMES

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• CURRENT HANDS-ON DYNAMICS 365 PLATFORM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 5 OR MORE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING BUSINESS SOLUTIONS USING MICROSOFT DYNAMICS, MS SQL, AND SQL SERVER REPORTING SERVICES.
• ACT AS THE LEAD TECHNICAL MICROSOFT DYNAMICS DEVELOPMENT RESOURCE ON MULTIPLE PROJECTS
• WORK WITH CLIENTS TO GATHER AND UNDERSTAND BUSINESS AND SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR CRM APPLICATION ENHANCEMENTS
• EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING APPLICATIONS ON MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 BY CUSTOMIZING ENTITIES, FORMS, VIEWS, WORKFLOWS, DASHBOARDS AND REPORTS, AND REPORTING USING SSIS
• WORK ON CLIENT PROJECT-BASED INITIATIVES FOR CLIENTS, INCLUDING DEVELOPMENT ON PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENTS IN ADDITION TO NEW CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT AND REPORTING PROJECTS
• TROUBLESHOOTING/RESEARCH TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH CLIENT’S CRM INSTANCE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF OPEN INCIDENTS
• CONDUCT PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION OF THE CLIENT’S CRM ENVIRONMENT
• PROVIDE APPLICATION TRAINING TO CLIENT USERS AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS
• WORK WITH CLIENT MANAGEMENT AND PROVIDE WRITTEN AND ORAL STATUS UPDATES; FACILITATE AND LEAD MEETINGS IN BOTH A PROJECT AND ESCALATED INCIDENT SETTING
• EXPERIENCE IN A DEVELOPMENT OR TECHNICAL PROBLEM-SOLVING ROLE IS REQUIRED
• 2-5 YEARS OF SOLID .NET DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES: ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, AND ADO.NET
• ABILITY TO WORK WITH CLIENTS AND ESTABLISH A RELATIONSHIP ALL LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT; ABILITY TO WORK BOTH INDEPENDENTLY AND WITHIN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT
• EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP, COMMUNICATION (WRITTEN AND ORAL), INTERPERSONAL, AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
