Technical Writer with Identity Management and MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio/SharePoint Experience

The contractor will be expected to produce process documents; informational documents, flow-charts and diagrams. Consumers will be IT Support Staff, Business People and different levels of management. Documentation will cover current state, transition information and future state. State government experience is a plus, but not required.

The technical writer will be expected to heavily use the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with Microsoft Visio for diagrams.
