The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) requires a Senior Cúram Applications DBA on the Oracle Database Platform to support the development and implementation for the North Carolina NCFAST Program to support the development and implementation of North Carolina Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST). This position is responsible for performing tasks associated with the Leading the management of the Cúram application schema, design, and extensions within the database, in development, test and production environments. This position is the Architecture and Infrastructure Database Team Lead, supporting tasks and activities for code release and builds for the NCFAST program.
This position provides database technical support, tuning, and application administration and consulting on database management strategy. Serving in a primary role in the creation of database migration plans, this position provides support for Oracle Database, Oracle Dataguard, and Oracle Enterprise Manager in a Linux/AIX and Golden Gate environment. This position serves as the Primary Role in the creation of Database migration plans and is involved in the development of procedures for managing database structures ensuring compliance with security and operating standards. The Database Team Lead duties also includes: Managing the Document Repository FileNet, working with developers to define data requirements/designs, performing backup and recovery, monitoring database performance, reorganizing database structures, creation and modification of test and production data schemas.
